Puppies are like babies, they are ready for learning and socialization so the quicker you make them a part of your family the easier it is for them to adjust to their new homes and to start the training process.

Our Puppies are normally ready to leave for their new homes between the age of 8 and 10 weeks. IIn such case the puppy should be picked up, delivered or shipped (weather permitting) within (1) one week of the purchase.

Puppies that are purchased prior to that time but have NOT been paid in full,  or those whom are not ready to assume care of their new puppy that time will fall into the "Boarding Fee" catagory unless prior agreements have been made (See boarding fee below)

Boarding Fee - We understand that life hands us things not planned. In the event of something unexpected happening during or after the purchase of your new baby (deployment, family emergency, moving complications, ect.,) we will be happy to hold your puppy at a minimal cost.  The charge is
$25 per week or $100 per month. This minimal fee is designed to assist with daily care and housing of your baby.
The deposit to reserve an English Bulldog Puppy listed on our website is $500.
To reserve a placement on our waiting list for a specific pick order, color or sex  is $250.,

Deposits are partial payments towards the purchase price of the puppy that you have placed on hold (this has kept anyone else from getting this puppy, it is your commitment to the purchase of that puppy). Our puppies are priced at or around the age of 4-6 weeks and after their Vet Certified physical (before that it is hard to tell how they are conforming to the breed standard). Our prices range from $1500 to $1800 on average. Exceptional and Rare color/markings may be more.

There are NO REFUNDS for Deposits or Partial payments for purchase of a puppy or a Deposit placed to secure a pick order for an upcoming litter.

Refund of Deposit  Exception: in regards to the "No Refunds on Deposit",  the only case in which a refund is granted is if the said puppy should become seriously ill or injured while in our care prior to shipment or delivery, in such case you will be notified Immediately and be given the opportunity to choose another puppy or a refund of your paid funds.

PAYMENT  INFORMATION
By the time your little bundle is ready to be shipped I am sure to have spoken with you several times on the phone and even more times via email.

Once a method and date of Shipment has been agreed upon, I will began contacting the 3 Airline Companies that I use and trust, trying to book a flight for the airport(s) that you have provided me with. With the embargo's applied to commercial airlines in May 2010, they are very strict in flights for a bulldog or any snub-nose breed.  Temperature must be within a certain range from point of departure to point of arrival or the puppy can not fly. This is for the benefit and health of your baby to avoid it becoming overheated, but it does tend to cause some headaches on our end. You can ask any of our references, I will spend day and night trying to make it happen and will keep you well informed of what is happening. Once a Flight has been booked, you will receive an Airbill # and all the flight information (just as if you would have booked a flight for yourself) You will be given the Airline Info: the Flight number(s), Location of Departure along with any connecting flight information (Flight numbers and times) and a time of arrival at the airport. You will also be given information such as times and the location where you will need to pick up your new addition, along with a Toll Free Number for the airline to check to see if your flight is on time).  You will need to bring a photo ID to pick up your Puppy and it will only be available for pick up during the hours given for each flight, so please be available for your new babies arrival.

I will have contacted you at a method of your preference (email or phone) when the puppy is placed on his/her flight and will be expecting a call from you once he/she has arrived and is safely in your arms!
